Impacta Homes is a proposed residential development located on High Street in Moxley, Walsall, transforming a former petrol filling station and light-industrial site into a contemporary apartment building. 

Architecturally, the building adopts a contemporary form that responds to the site’s mixed residential and industrial context, creating a strong frontage along High Street while maintaining sensitivity to neighbouring properties.
